Uhh.. what up today? Stole a xanga skin and made it bloggified. Haha, I'm a dirty thief! Yeah!
I got kicked in the ass by the subjunctive test. I really want to have a "b" in spanish this semester... :(
~speaking of grades, somehow i've pulled a b in physics even though i turned in my first lab 4 days late and havnt done any of my homework. not that i'm proud of that or anything, i'm just astonished.
The gayness of the english C&P prompt today has permeated my life. Aiya.. they should make pens that secrete bullshit so that we can forewarn teachers when we pull stuff outta bovine asses. Not that I did badly, its just that I rambled alot, I went off topic, and didnt really prove my thesis in the least. Not to mention the fact that my thesis sucked royally.
Second period rocked as usual. I just cant get over how awesomely cool the german army is. Sure, it was used for evil and whatever cuz of that dumbass hitler, but just... look at it. More than a million people marching down streets PERFECTLY with thousands of tanks and airplanes and gigantic battlecruisers to back them up. I've never seen an army more impressing; it makes me want to laugh cuz its so crazycool.
In terms of war, I'm glad to be living in one of the few countries that really hasnt been invaded severely. Sure, we have a few destroyed ships and buildings, and a massacre down in New Mexico (damn mexican zapato dude!). but nothing like a foreign nation invading our country and occupying it, and then having a war fought in our backyards. That's just scary.
Anyhow, aside from that, I didnt do much today. Comp sci was incredibly boring so i went on the census bureau site and found out that "james" is the most common male name. i'll extend mark's challenge from comp sci: what is the most popular girls name? Name Lookup Thing ~it took me and dmitriy about 20 minutes to find it.
I also went in and talked to downum about internship today. since i'm leaving for hawaii when the intern is supposed to start, ill have to start a week late. somehow that equates into me being able to get the first pick in terms of jobs i want to do. i guess i'm gonna end up doing web design under a company that makes plastic ad holders and stuff. haha, it'll be fun.
But I've been thinking lately about jobs and my future and whatnot. For the last 2 years I've accepted the fact that I'm going to become a computer programmer or something like that, but I'm getting pretty skeptical. I think I'm going to study dentistry or business to rake in the big bucks, and maybe program on the side. 'momma always told me to do something i like, but if theres a income difference of $50000 per year, then i think i'm gonna have to opt for displeasure.
