que divertido!
started out today by goin over to diamond bar to ravi trivedis house for my english dq's. when i got there, two people were missing so we pretty much messed around for awhile. i got a pic of me messing around, but i g2 wait to get home so i can get it off of my pocket pc. after 2 hours or so me and calvin and sam headed out to rolling heights for some asian cuisine and boba. we were gonna go to a buffet japanese place for sushi, but there were like a hundred asian people all on cell phones outside so we dropped that plan. Instead we went to some cantonese place with mucho barbeque. Despite the fact that I can use chopsticks, I had to learn some other azn traditions.. like the fact that I shouldnt eat rice until the main course is served. Hehe, i got me some azn food tutors, and all hopes waiting, we're gonna go out to jap, chinese, and korean food all in one day for breakfast lunch and dinner one of the days of spring break. That is, if my grades are all good. Something to look forward to xD
yea, then we got about 8 bobas and drove back to db with them to complement our work on the english project. i'm gettin immune to the tapiocas naseating effect on my white-boy stomach. Speaking of which, it was pretty funny cuz I was the only white boy I saw EVER during our entire stay in rolling heights. i felt special and threatened xP ~we did our analysis thing in about 4 and a half hours and went to cold stones and i drove back to my grammas house, where i'm staying for the weekend. i'll never stop loving the trip from west/south OC to the east/north through the mountains.. its so great. its all rural back there, and a hundred miles an hour through rolling hills is just plain fun. speaking of scenery, i'm jealous of ravi because of the great view from his house. you can see almost the entire city of db from his hillside, which he supposedly owns.
aside from all that, i probably put on a few pounds today with the ice cream and boba and (a fucking LOT of) meat from the canto cuisine. lol, i thot azns were healthy vegetable eaters?? we had chicken, beef AND pork all in one meal (for < $15). Shit, i'm lucky if i get that in a week at home.
