It started raining around noon today and it still hasnt stopped. Needless to say, I love rain like no other. I dont understand the people complaining about the weather. Not only does rain bring fresh air, it's cool and refreshing and it keeps people together inside. That's the way I see it at least. Besides, it's really fun to drive fast through big puddles =D =D =D

I recently started reading the newspaper. But not the headlines or anything, I read the local news. I really dont care too much about who killed who in some distant country, but I'm very interested in the fact that Tustin is scheduled to be annexed by Santa Ana soon. I guess my reasoning behind it is that I love Orange County with a passion. It's such a diverse county and I really have never been to a nicer place in the US. There are only a couple of cities that compare to it, like San Luis Obispo or Marina Del Rey, but I've never been in an entire county with so much good stuff in it.

In my classes today we did alot of nonsense. Easy tests and a couple of group presentations. Since I had alot of free time, I started on my senior packet. Some of the stuff I had to fill out made me think about things I dont normally consider. Like what my all time favorite song is, that took me a really long time. In the end I decided it was "Until the Day I Die" by Story of the Year, but it seriously took some thinking. I actually enjoyed answering a couple of questions for the same reason, like the one that asked "What are your views about high school romance?" or "Describe your perfect date.". The last one was actually a question I havnt ever considered. I've never really thought about what makes a date perfect, it just either feels right or it doesnt. In answering the question I actually somewhat discovered what I'm looking for in my personal life. So yea, I know I'm being boring, so I'll shut up.

Anyhow, since a couple of people are doing it, I want to at least attempt to get a place in the "senior standouts". So vote for me for "Most Changed". Need proof that I've changed? Well besides going into my archives from last year (or god forbid, my xanga) Just ask yourselves if you really knew me before my sophomore year. If you did, you probably allready know that I've changed alot, if you didnt, well then probably one of the biggest reasons I know you now is because of the big change I made that year.

In terms of other nominations, I have actually nominated about 20 people for various categories. To be honest, I've nominated the majority of my readers, so just ask me and I'll (probably) tell you what I voted you for. Other than the 10 or so blank nominations that I cant quite fill out, I need to think of a somewhat witty senior quote. Then I'll be done. Lol, this is the hardest homework I've had in a long time.
