Semi-Vacation Pics/Description

I had an excellent friday and therefore a pretty damn good weekend. I relaxed nearly the entire time and despite my weirded-out foot, I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Speaking of my foot/ankle, it's not really hurting anymore, but it must be swollen over a nerve or something, because there's this funny feeling on one side of my foot that just wont go away. It's incredibly annoying, and it makes me feel like just laying down and watching TV forever.. because that's the only way I can get rid of it.


The really attentive friends of mine probably noticed that even though I was up in Paso the entire weekend, I still was on the internet as well. Luckily (or not), Tyler's place up there had Internet so I played a small part in the small amount of LJ activity that played itself this weekend. I probably couldve done some entries or something, but I felt like breaking the habit, and I wouldnt have had much to write about, seeing as I was mainly relaxing.


Over the weekend me and Tyler Olsen (the two rock-enthusiasts) really got back into some of the oldies, most distinctly, the old Sugarcult album "Start Static". I love that thing so much because it and Linkin Park are what got me hooked on the whole rock thing in the first place... and I just love that album and how meaningful all the songs have become to me. Like the song "I Changed My Name". I havnt heard that since I was a Sophomore.


Speaking of which, When I had lunch with Tyler^2 in downtown SLO yesterday we got mistaken for college students from SLO twice. That makes me feel a bit more mature and happy. Plus we got to say we were from "Los Angeles" and everybody creams themselves when they hear that because everybody knows that people who live in LA are cool as hell.. even though people who live in Orange County = LAx5.


I'm back home now. I gotta do a little bit of homework, probably less than an hour. I've allready done my laundry and did a really nice wash/wax job on my car, so I'm set for the new week. If anybody wants to know, my brother's fine, as I said he would be, he just has to walk around with his arm raised above his head for some reason so he looks weird, but that's cool.
